Admission Requirements
Prospective students are expected to demonstrate essential learning competencies and have access to the necessary technological tools, such as a personal computer or smartphone. Additionally, they must submit all relevant documents that validate their eligibility for the academic level they seek to enroll in.
Applicants must successfully pass any required tests or personal interviews, as determined and announced by the Admission and Registration Department at the time of application.
Tuition fees must be paid in full for the semester, based on the designated fee structure for each program. Please note that all fees are non-refundable in the event of withdrawal from the university.
Bachelor's Degree Requirements
To enroll in a Bachelor’s program at Masar University, applicants must:
Submit a valid high school certificate or its equivalent (diplomas or alternative certificates are not subject to Bachelor equivalency).
Provide a valid copy of a national ID or passport.
Review and formally accept the terms and conditions related to registration, tuition fees, and program requirements.
Admission opens prior to the start of each academic term, during the period announced on the University’s official website. Applicants must complete and submit the admission form through the online registration portal.
The Admission and Registration Department will review submitted applications and communicate any remarks or required actions via the applicant’s registered email. Admission decisions prioritize applicants with the highest academic performance.
Accepted students will receive a secure payment link by email. Upon completing the payment and fulfilling all admission requirements, the academic ID number will be issued.
Master's Degree Requirements
To apply for a Postgraduate program, applicants must:
Submit a valid Bachelor’s degree certificate.
Provide a valid copy of their national ID or passport.
Submit an official academic transcript of the Bachelor’s degree.
Upload a complete document verifying their graduation status, stamped by the relevant Admission and Registration Department.
Review and agree to the terms and conditions of registration, tuition fees, and program requirements.
Complete the program contract, agree on the admission conditions or contract.

To register for the GRC Diploma Program at Masar University, applicants must:
1 – Submit an accredited Bachelor’s degree certificate or its equivalent.
2 – Submit a valid copy of the national ID card or passport.
3 – Submit an official, authenticated, and accredited academic transcript for the Bachelor’s degree.
5 – Review, and agree to the registration terms and conditions, tuition fees, and program requirements.
6 – The researcher must review, and agree to the terms and conditions related to registration and tuition fees.
