It is my pleasure to welcome you on the launch of Masar University, an academic institution that embodies our vision of smart digital education that keeps pace with our time and prepares generations able to innovate and lead change.
We founded this university because we believe in the importance of digital transformation in education, and to offer modern programs closely tied to the global job market in fields such as artificial intelligence, the digital economy, smart media, e-learning and digital law. We reaffirm our firm commitment to quality, scientific research and community partnership, drawing on distinguished national and international expertise.

Masar University is a digital educational institution offering online bachelor’s and master’s programs.
How do I study at the university?
All programs are fully online: recorded lectures you watch at a time that suits you, a live discussion session and a short quiz every week, and final exams at the end of the semester.
Which programs are available?
30 programs in four colleges: 15 bachelor’s and 15 master’s programs. Browse programs
How much are the tuition fees?
Fees start at US$250 per semester for bachelor’s programs and US$700 for master’s programs, and vary by program. Program fees in detail
