Policies and Regulations

The Cybersecurity Department at Masar University, together with the Development and Quality Department, serves as the official institutional reference for all matters related to academic, administrative, and regulatory policies within the university. This department aims to ensure transparency, fairness, and compliance with the highest standards of quality and accreditation by organizing and documenting the policies and procedures that govern educational and administrative operations, as well as the rights and responsibilities of all parties involved in the educational process.

The departments are responsible for preparing, updating, and reviewing policies and regulations in coordination with relevant faculties and departments to ensure alignment with the university’s strategic directions and with local and international requirements related to digital higher education.

The departments cover a wide range of rules and regulations, including admission and registration regulations, academic and assessment policies, academic quality standards, codes of conduct and discipline, graduate studies regulations, as well as general policies related to privacy, cybersecurity, diversity, and equity.
