1. Acceptance of these terms

By using masaruni.ae or the University’s online systems, you accept these terms. The operator is Masar University L.L.C-FZ, licence no. 2535918.01.

2. Published information

We take care to keep information about programs, admission requirements, fees and the academic calendar accurate, but it is provided for information and may change. The binding reference is the University’s official regulations, your enrolment contract and your invoice in the Student Information System.

3. Applications and admission

  • Submitting an application through the website does not mean admission; admission is the University’s decision under its published requirements.
  • Applicants must provide accurate data and documents, and the University may cancel an admission if any of them proves to be untrue.

4. Fees and payment

  • Fees are set out on the Program Fees page and in the enrolment contract.
  • Online payments are made through an approved payment provider; the University does not store card details.
  • Refunds and withdrawals follow the approved policy, available on request from info@masaruni.ae.

5. Your account

Students must keep their login details confidential, must not share them, and must tell us immediately if they suspect misuse.

6. Acceptable use

  • You must not attempt unauthorized access to any University system.
  • You must not upload harmful or unlawful content.
  • You must not collect website data automatically in a way that burdens its servers.
  • You must not impersonate the University or any of its staff.

7. Intellectual property

Website content, course materials and recorded lectures belong to the University or to those who licensed them to it, and may be used for personal study only.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

This English version is a translation. In case of any discrepancy, the Arabic version prevails.
