Business administration is a core discipline and the backbone of every successful organization.

At Masar University, the Bachelor of Business Administration prepares graduates with leadership skills, strategic planning and the ability to make sound decisions that support an organization’s goals.

The program helps students understand the core management functions — planning, organizing, directing and controlling — and trains them to use modern tools to manage financial and human resources, improve operations and develop the business.

It prepares students to work in dynamic environments across a wide range of sectors, and strengthens their ability to build effective working relationships inside and outside the organization, in pursuit of organizational excellence.
