About the program
The Master of Business Administration (MBA) prepares leaders and managers able to meet the complex challenges of today’s business environments.
The program combines theory and practice in strategy, marketing, finance, human resources and operations management,
with a focus on analytical thinking, decision-making and effective leadership.
It also gives students a deep understanding of global markets and the chance to explore innovation and entrepreneurship,
enabling them to develop sustainable solutions that support organizational success in a fast-changing world.
Program outcomes
- Advanced knowledge of modern theories of management, marketing, finance and human resources, with a deep understanding of local and global business dynamics and their effect on decision-making.
- Grasp the principles of governance, professional ethics and social responsibility, and master strategic planning, change management and market and industry analysis.
- The ability to analyze complex management problems with quantitative and qualitative methods, evaluate strategies and develop effective evidence-based solutions, while weighing the risks and opportunities of the business environment.
- Use financial analysis, data analysis and information systems to support decisions; design and evaluate business plans and feasibility studies; and apply statistical models and specialized management software.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams and manage real-world, market-linked projects, using applied research findings to solve organizational challenges.
- Develop negotiation, conflict resolution and persuasive communication skills, uphold professional standards, embrace lifelong learning and self-development, and use modern technology to strengthen personal and organizational performance.
