About the program
The Master of Entrepreneurship prepares leaders and entrepreneurs able to turn innovative ideas into successful ventures with lasting economic and social impact.
The program combines advanced academic knowledge with practice through the study of the latest business models, innovation strategies and entrepreneurial project management.
Students develop leadership, critical thinking and problem-solving skills in competitive, fast-changing environments.
The program enables graduates to found and grow start-ups or to lead innovation initiatives within established organizations, fostering an entrepreneurial culture and supporting the knowledge economy.
Program outcomes
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of advanced entrepreneurship concepts, business models and start-up financing, and of the economic, technological and regulatory environment of global and local markets, recognizing the role of innovation and digital transformation in entrepreneurial success.
- Analyze the complex challenges entrepreneurial ventures face, assess opportunities through feasibility studies and risk analysis, and formulate innovative solutions and strategies using strategic decision-making tools.
- Develop complete business models with the latest analysis and modeling tools, and use emerging technologies such as AI and blockchain to design and scale ventures.
- Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans covering marketing, financing and efficient resource management to support the growth and sustainability of ventures.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams in dynamic environments, and develop negotiation skills and effective pitching to investors and decision-makers.
- Uphold business ethics and social responsibility, adapt to market change, and embrace lifelong learning to develop entrepreneurial competencies.
