About the program
The Master of Project Management prepares leaders able to plan, deliver and monitor projects with high efficiency,
giving students the latest knowledge in strategic planning, risk management, quality control and resource management.
The program combines theory with practice based on global standards such as the PMI methodology,
enabling graduates to handle projects in every industrial and service sector,
and to deliver their objectives on time and on budget,
in line with the highest standards of quality and governance.
Program outcomes
- In-depth knowledge of modern project management concepts and strategies, and of global methodologies such as PMBOK, Agile and PRINCE2, applied in line with organizational strategy and long-term planning.
- The ability to analyze complex project scenarios, assess risks and formulate innovative solutions based on data and critical analysis.
- Using professional project management software such as MS Project, Primavera and JIRA to plan, deliver and monitor projects efficiently.
- Preparing professional project reports and plans, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and designing and evaluating performance indicators and return on investment.
- Leading multidisciplinary, multicultural teams while upholding professional ethics, integrity and transparency at every stage of the project.
- Embracing self-directed learning and continuous professional development to keep up with the latest trends and practice in project management.
