About the program

The Master of Healthcare Management prepares leaders able to run health systems efficiently and effectively, combining advanced management knowledge with the principles of healthcare.

The program develops skills in strategic planning, improving the quality of health services and managing human and financial resources in the health sector, in line with governance standards and professional ethics.

It strengthens students’ ability to analyze health policy, manage change and develop innovative solutions to the complex challenges facing health systems locally and globally,

preparing graduates for leadership roles in hospitals, medical centers, and public and private health organizations.

Program outcomes

  • Advanced knowledge of modern theories and concepts of healthcare management, and an understanding of local and global health systems and policies, including their legislative and regulatory frameworks.
  • The ability to analyze and assess contemporary healthcare challenges such as quality, cost and access, and to critically evaluate the effectiveness of health systems and policies using data and evidence.
  • Designing innovative management strategies to improve performance and quality, and making complex decisions based on a thorough analysis of risks and opportunities.
  • Using health data analysis tools and information systems to support decision-making, and designing sustainable, cost-effective health business models.
  • Applying quality management and health accreditation systems to achieve organizational excellence, and effectively leading multidisciplinary teams in health organizations.
  • Upholding professional ethics and social responsibility, with a culture of continuous improvement and lifelong learning to develop health services.
