The Master of Human Resource Management prepares leaders able to design and implement effective human capital strategies aligned with organizational goals in changing local and global work environments.

The program brings together the latest theories and applied practice in strategic workforce planning, talent development, performance management and HR digital transformation, with a focus on analytical skills and data-driven decisions.

It pays particular attention to legal, ethical and professional aspects, and sharpens leadership, communication and change management skills, preparing graduates to contribute to organizational excellence and sustainable growth.

Program outcomes

  • In-depth knowledge of modern theories and advanced practice in HR management, a strategic understanding of HR’s role in achieving organizational goals in changing business environments, and knowledge of local and international legal, ethical and regulatory frameworks.
  • The ability to analyze and evaluate HR strategies and policies with scientific tools and indicators, and to apply critical thinking to issues such as workforce planning, performance management and leadership development.
  • Building predictive models and making effective data-driven decisions about human capital, using statistical analysis tools and management software.
  • Designing and implementing integrated HR planning and development strategies with human resource information systems (HRIS), using digital transformation and AI tools to improve efficiency and performance.
  • Developing effective leadership, teamwork and managerial communication in multicultural environments, and preparing professional analytical reports that support strategic decisions.
  • Upholding professional ethics, balancing the interests of the organization and the well-being of employees, and embracing lifelong learning to keep pace with the job market and new technologies.
